On June 15th, the 4th China-Russia Expo (hereinafter referred to as the China-Russia Expo) and the 28th China by the Ministry of Commerce, the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, the Russian Federal Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation The Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Harbin Fair) officially kicked off at the Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Sports Center. Zhang Ping, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, attended the opening ceremony and said that Sino-Russian relations are in the best period of history. The comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership has maintained a high level of development. The two countries have maintained high-level exchanges, political mutual trust has been continuously enhanced, and economic and trade cooperation has developed. The China-Russia Expo has become an important platform for promoting exchanges between local and business enterprises in the two countries. A number of well-known Chinese and Russian companies have actively participated in international capacity cooperation and reached consensus on the coordinated development of regional society through the “One Belt, One Road” strategic platform, which has become a highlight of this year's Expo.
