In September 2017, our company acquired a 100% stake in Russia's "Tak Qiaqi Co., Ltd.", which belongs to the assets of "Tak Qiaqi Co., Ltd." and is located in Dolidurga district, in the southern part of the Baikal Krai. The coal mine is 28.4 kilometers away from the railway. The coal is a high-quality electric coal. The coal-bearing strata do not change greatly along the trend and tendencies. The faults are scarce. The bottom of the mine's roof is 163.5 meters deep, and the mining method is open-pit mining. The total reserves of the mining area are 650 million tons, and the annual mining volume is 2 million tons.
