In August 2017, Zhong Kun Ju lin Group and Komsomolsk City Government signed a letter of intent to acquire Komsomolsk Port and invest in the construction of an industrial park. Taking advantage of Komsomolsk’s favorable geographical location, abundant natural resources, potential of industrial technology, and advanced transportation network make it a transit center and processing trade zone for Sino-Russian goods of our company.

The city’s railways and rivers (Amur) can radiate far-eastern cities and sea ports. It can transport 50 million tons of cargo every year through the railway to the Soviet port and dock with the domestic seaport after shipping. It is also possible to transport goods to China's Fu Yuan Port through the river transport and reach 10 million tons annually. The entry of huge amounts of materials can bring large-scale economic effects to Fu Yuan City, such as high trade quotas, high-end enterprise settlement, and introduction of upstream and downstream industries.

The city is also an industrial center in the Far East. The total production of industrial products accounts for 80% of the total production of the various departments of the country's national economy. The developed industrial base of the city is very conducive to the initial processing of materials of our company. After the project is completed, it is very beneficial.
