In December 2017, our company established a joint venture with Russia’s “Kuti Minerals Co., Ltd.” to acquire the Kuti coal mine in the area of Pryggarsko in the eastern Garibalian Krai. The coal mine is 20 kilometers away from the railway line. For high-quality lignite, the average thickness of eight brown coal beds is 1.71-5.36 meters, the coal reserves of B+C1 are 33.238 million tons, and the C2 rating is 2.612 million tons. The mining method is open-pit mining. The total reserves of the mining area are 1.02 billion tons, and the annual exploitation volume is 3.5 million tons.
